Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Our delivery is 100% free from 50€ of purchase for all orders delivered in France and Europe. For the rest of the world, it is possible that delivery costs are applied depending on the country.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, of course all our shipments include the tracked delivery option (100% free).
When your order has been processed and accepted by our delivery partner, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and number. In addition, you can track your shipment live on our website under Track my order.
Who are your delivery partners?
We mainly use La Poste, Colissimo and Colis privé, Colicoli for deliveries in France. For Europe and the rest of the world, we use DHL. The delivery company may change if the alternative is faster.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on our partners and the number of orders.
It takes 3 to 14 days for delivery to France and Europe.
For the rest of the world, delivery time is 4 to 18 days.
How long does it take to process orders?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Allow 24 to 72 hours maximum.
If your order is urgent, you can contact us for priority processing.
How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
It takes between 1 day and 7 days maximum.
Do you ship outside of France?
Yes, of course. We can ship to almost every country in the world. However, delivery may take longer.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, our delivery partners deliver on Saturday mornings and afternoons. However, Sunday delivery is not available.
Returns & Refunds
The item is not suitable, what should I do?
We offer a 30-day return policy, during which you can return the item to us and we will give you a full refund in the form of a voucher. We are also happy to help you find a suitable item for you!
I received a broken or damaged product, what should I do?
Don't panic, although rare this type of problem is not impossible. Send us a video of the product by email and we will send you the product 100% at our expense.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund requests can be quite lengthy. You do have to take into account the return delivery period. Then, 1 to 7 days for your request to be processed.
Finally, our payment processor will credit you with the refunded funds within 3 to 14 days depending on your banking institution.
If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the refund will be instant.
Who is responsible for paying the return costs?
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
The order may be cancelled after it has been placed in the checkout as long as it has not been shipped (usually within 12 hours). We recommend that you write to us as soon as possible at the email address contact@batterie-accessoire.fr
If the order has already been shipped, we will inform you of the return procedure in order to obtain a refund.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your package to make a return. We will refund 100% of the price of your item in the form of a voucher.
Other questions
I have not received an order confirmation email
We recommend that you first check whether the email is in your spam folder.
Some Hotmail or Live email addresses no longer receive automatic emails.
If when you placed your order you have not received an automatic confirmation email 1 hour after placing it, please contact us at contact@batterie-accessoire.fr by giving us a new email address (Gmail, yahoo, etc.) as well as your First and Last Name entered when ordering.
We will update your email and resend your order confirmation.

Are payments secure?
Yes, our site accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard. Our payment partner is Stripe, so we have no access to any information regarding your payments.
In addition, our site is http s certified.
When will I be charged for payment?
Your bank account will be debited for the price of your order 24 to 72 hours after your purchase.
My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything, what should I do?
First, we ask you to check with your neighbors.
Also check your mailbox to see if a delivery notice has been delivered.
You can also call La Poste with your tracking number to explain the problem.
Finally, if the problem persists, contact us by leaving your contact information here and we will get back to you.
There are items missing from my package, is this normal?
In order to guarantee you a better price on all our products we are obliged to have a very large number of suppliers and sometimes it is difficult to coordinate shipments and this results in several different packages (so that you have the items available as soon as possible, without them delaying the entire delivery).
